How Inside Runway works for stylists, brands and press offices — from the first request to the final return.
Inside Runway is the platform where brands and press offices publish their collections and where stylists request, borrow and return samples. Everything a press request involves: the selection, the call-in, the shipment, the return and the resulting coverage — happens in one place instead of across hundreds of emails.
Three professions: stylists and content creators who source pieces for editorials, red carpet, campaigns and music videos; brands who lend those pieces; and the press offices and PR agencies who represent them. Whichever side you are on, you see only what concerns you.
An email thread has no status. On Inside Runway every request carries its project, its dates, its pieces and its state — pending, accepted, shipped, received, returned — so nobody has to chase a reply to know where a sample is.
Yes. Stylists can browse collections, send requests and follow their agenda from the iOS app, and the web platform stays available for everyone.
Book a call from any page of the site, or write to contact@inside-runway.com. We walk you through the platform with your own collections or your next shoot, in about twenty minutes.
Open the collection, add the pieces you want to a project, then send the request to the press office in one click. You choose the call-in and return dates, the delivery method and the shoot details — the press office accepts or declines piece by piece.
No. Independent stylists, assistants and content creators are welcome — your profile and your published work are what brands look at. Each press office remains free to accept or decline a request.
Every loan has its own timeline: accepted pieces, courier or hand delivery, confirmed reception, then the return. Your agenda shows call-in windows, shoot dates and return dates side by side so a deadline never passes unnoticed.
Yes. Request an appointment with a press office, agree on the slot, and it lands in the shared calendar with the project it belongs to.
Publish your projects on Discover: your posts, your credits and your profile become public, and brands and press offices can reach you directly from your page.
Upload your looks and single pieces, organise them by season and category, then choose who the collection is visible to — everyone on the platform, or only the stylists and agencies you select.
Requests arrive structured: project, stylist, dates, pieces. You accept, decline or adjust in one click, and the stylist is notified immediately — no thread to reconstruct.
Yes. Visibility is set collection by collection and piece by piece, so an archive look or an unreleased collection stays reserved for the people you choose.
Yes. Invite your team to the brand account, share the same collections and requests, and keep the history when someone joins or leaves.
Requests received, collaborations, accreditation rate, and the split by category and by type of production — enough to know which pieces travel and what your samples bring back.
Inside Runway works on a monthly subscription with no commitment, sized to your team and your needs. Write to contact@inside-runway.com or book a demo and we send you the current plans.
